The sharpening fixture is supplied with one set of templates to make a Universal graver point similar to the presharpened graver supplied with
each sale of a Classic AirGraver or PalmControl AirGraver handpiece.

All templates provide a point with a nominal: 45 degree face, 16.5 degree high heel. The face and heel can
be changed together in the fixture by simply reducing the graver length protruding from the fixture.

meshes: 1200 on the outer area and 600 on the inner. No need to change laps.

Graver polishing
Apply diamond compound to the back side of a
1/16" thick steel diamond lap (sold above) and use it for polishing graver
facets. When a metal lap is used, some of the diamond will embed itself
into the steel preventing it from wiping off. This is called “charging” a
lap. A copper lap works well for this too. More information about polishing gravers can be found on the EngravingSchool.com site:
